One of my very favorite people and interior designers, Jamie Herzlinger,  opened her New York Showroom this past December in the New York Design Center, and I am so excited for her! There is no doubt in my mind that this showroom, which showcases her own line of furnishings, will be as successful as her other ventures!

We have been watching Jamie grow for several years into one of the most creative and talented designers. Her showroom will feature her own custom furniture line, her curated resources line, antiques from Linda Horn and Milord Antiques, lighting by Carlos de la Puente, and elegant handmade wall coverings by Studio E.

Herzlinger will be allowing the consumer direct access to the stunning pieces in her showroom and assistance from her interior design firm. If you are not familiar with Jamie's exceptional work, you are truly missing out.

Jamie Herzlinger officially opened in December and will be located in Suite 425 of the New York Design
Center at 200 Lexington Ave.

Interior Designer Jamie Herzlinger has established herself as a sought after and well-respected
member of the design industry. The Herzlinger family has left a long legacy in the fashion industry.
Her grandfather owned Herzlinger Coat and Dress Companies, her great aunt opened the millinery
department for Mrs. Bergdorf, and her mother, Nan Herzlinger, was considered one of the leading
fashion designers throughout the 60s and 70s. It was inevitable that Jamie Herzlinger would go on to
have her own success, not only with her eponymous label in fashion, but as a highly sought-after
designer in the interiors industry.
Jamie Herzlinger’s Interior Design firm has enjoyed some fabulous press as of late including a
coveted spot on Traditional Home’s list of Top 20 Interior Design Firms, as well as participated in the
Kips Bay Show House in New York and recently being named in the Top 50 American Kitchens in
Trends International. Herzlinger has also been featured on numerous television networks such as
Herzlinger’s talent to take any project and turn it into an elegant and luxurious, yet inviting and
livable environment has earned her the respect from clients nationally.
Renowned antiques dealer and collector, Linda Horn, has taken her passion for beautiful things and
created a store showcasing her unique tastes as well as her eye for rare innovative design. Opened in
1984, the shop is located in a 4,000 square foot, two-story space on the Upper East Side of New York.
The space features furniture, mirrors, and decorative accessories found upon Linda’s frequent trips
to Europe, Africa and Asia. While Linda Horn Antiques is famous for nineteenth-century European
antiques, the collection is a reflection of Linda’s ever changing tastes. Clients can expect to find rare
pieces from around the world and a range of periods.
Milord Antiques owned and operated by Francis Lord was founded in 1991 in Montreal, Canada. Lord
honed his eye early on in his career with a focus on 17th and 18th century european antiques. His
collection has gained critical attention over the years for content that supersedes the cannon of
period predictability. Recently Lord has shifted his foresight to the masters of early and mid 20th
century design, effectively producing a one of a kind aesthetic that beautifully personifies the
connection between the classical and the modern.
Carlos de la Puente Antiques is a second generation family business that specializes in antique and
vintage lighting. Located in the heart of the Design District in Manhattan, the three showrooms are
filled with chandeliers, lanterns and lamps. With over 15 years of experience working with designers,
architects and buyers worldwide, puts the company in the unique position of not only providing
quality antiques but also of working very closely with clients at every stage of the design process
making Carlos de la Puente Antiques a destination source for fine lighting.
Studio E designs and creates their handmade wallpaper from their 16,000 square foot New York City
workshop - using fine imported Italian plaster, metal-leaf and other top quality artisan materials. In
addition a to a high-end residential clientele, Studio E specializes in design development for luxury
retail and hospitality brand standards. Studio E wallpapers are considered to be a better alternative
to site-applied specialty finishes. Studio E was launched in 1999 as a spin-off from EverGreene
Architectural Arts, the nation’s largest architectural arts studio with departments in restoration,
decorative painting, ornamental plaster work, murals and more.
