What a fabulous place, love the nook/fireplace they carved out in the living room. About the only thing I don't get are all the books on what looks like a narrow staircase that would have me tripping down!

I love the look of the books stacked on the stairs, but I would always be knocking them off! Too clutzy for that sort of thing. Love the new blog header!
Love these books on the stairs, but it could never work at my house! My Mr. would get distracted for hours every time he had to run something up or down! It's such a pleasure to stumble across your beautiful blog!
