JULY/AUGUST VERANDA ~ MY PICKS

Dear auto-correct, are you on medication?  Do you eat up y, t and r and change words to just the opposite?

The images below are my choices from each piece in the latest Veranda. ENJOY!

This stunning Richmond,Virginia home was designed by gifted interior designer Suellen Gregory.  This home is wrapped in beauty throughout.  Photography by Laura Resen.  To learn more about this home, pick up your copy of this issue of Veranda.

Interior designer Nick Olsen created the interior of this gorgeous Manhattan apartment on the Upper East Side, using bursts of color throughout, which is typical in all of the work created by this design genius.  Photography by Melaine Acevedo.

Talented interior designer Vicente Wolf designed this gorgeous Long Island vacation home.  I love the serenity and beauty of this home.  Vincente is known for his use of pastel hues, creating a relaxed interior.  Photography by Max Kim-Bee.

Architect and interior designer Ike Kligerman Barkley designed this peaceful summer home in Nantucket.  I love the soft hues and comfortable furniture pieces used to design the interior. The gorgeous landscape was designed by Tavares Land Design. Photography by Laura Resen.

This gorgeous French countryside retreat is the home of uber-talented interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland.  A star on Million Dollar Designers, this mother of three boys stays busy creating works of art for her clients.  Cooking the fresh produce of the region is one of Kathryn's favorite pastimes.  Read more of this charming story in this issue. Photography by Mikkel Vang.

Tracery Interiors create the most beautiful and relaxed homes, using neutral tones and fabulous textures.  Paige Sumblin Schnell and Anna Kay Porch designed this gorgeous home in Rosemary Beach. Architecture is by Peter Block Architects. Photography by Laura Resen.

I am fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in Seagrove Beach which is right up the beach from Rosemary.  I see much of Tracery's work there.

Be sure to get your copy of the July/August issue of Veranda to read more and see more images of these gorgeous homes.

wow, Kathy Ireland home--oh my, it's gorgeous, and so are those veggie meals! I love the white beachy decor in those last shots..which we lived in some fantasy where I could have many homes, each in a different style.
Have a great weekend Teresa!

So many lovely images! I thought that first one with the hot pink was gorgeous and that Manhattan apartment is fascinating, although I don't think I could live with that all day. And of course the exterior of the Kathy Ireland home is so romantic I fall for it every time!
