Wow Teresa, just when I thought there was no way you could hold a candle next to yesterday...you did! So many gorgeous images here, right up my alley! Iam bookmarking this one into my 'Splendid Sass" file...lol! Enjoy your weekend.
I was about to say the same thing, Tina! I thought I loved yesterdays pictures but these were just breathtaking! Thanks for starting my day out with such beauty!!
I too love the blue and white, but as Ive said before, I think some people take it way too far. Five or ten pieces on a single table, or pieces on every table in the room starts to become overwhelming to me. I think blue and white, like evertyhing else, is best with moderation. Thanks for sharing great images today.
so many of these resonate with me! you are my pinterest, you know that right? i have stayed away from it so as not to have another distraction so i love coming here and getting my fix. i will be returning to this post to study the images a little more closely.
Absolutely gorgeous collection of photos!! I haven't seen that Victoria Pearson room before and I'm DYING. Thank you so much for sharing all of this, Teresa!
Teresa, Part II is just as lovely as part I. Please do a part III! BTW, I just purchased, today, a pair of blue and white Chinese garden seats. So I am enjoying these posts even more. Cheers, Loi
WOW!!!!!!!!!! I lost count, but amongst ALL of these fabulous rooms, there were particular ones that really stood out as perfect settings in my design style. I typically go for plain white walls and gray trim, but there are some wallpaper motifs here that are splendid. Oh, don't you just love ART?????
Thank you so much for coming and commenting on my post. NOW is the time to let someone know how special they are.
I love this series, Teresa. Not just because I love blue and white and chinoiserie, but because your choices are perfection. I agree with Loi, let's have more. Best...Victoria
I love the blue and white chair wall covering in the bathroom with the blue chair...so cute! And I love the blue an white ikat fabric on the bench!! Have a great weekend Teresa!!
After spending years in the world of finance, I decided to follow my true passion—curating a life where southern elegance meets southern heritage. That led me to create Splendid Sass, a haven for gathering and sharing my love for design, art and cooking, and TG Hatfield Company, where I embroider fine heirloom linens that will garner hospitality for generations. From the exquisite linens that set the table, to the food that is shared with family & friends, to the warm & cozy room that invites guests, join me as I share the things that inspire me and help create a truly elegant life.

I'm not a big fan of Chinoiserie since it's a little busy for my taste but you made a strong case for it Teresa.
