RIK LALIM ~ DESIGN IN MINNEAPOLIS

Interior designer and marketer Rik Lalim renovated and designed this 1904 warehouse that had recently been converted into lofts.  This texture filled 1400-square-foot loft is stunning.  ENJOY!

I really like all the brick! Once I stayed in a great historic hotel in Montreal and our suite had an amazing brick wall. I feel in love with it. It feels rustic and so warm.

This place is fantastic!

I hope you're doing great, Teresa!!! Everything is pretty good here also. Just getting ready for Matthew's arrival in November! :-)

What a gorgeous space, Teresa! Every room is stunning. I especially love the kitchen and the high ceilings. It seems a lot bigger than 1,400 sq ft with such high ceilings, ya know?!

Have a wonderuful weekend :) xx
