Interior Designer Timothy Corrigan ~ A Parisian Pied-à-Terre

Timothy Corrigan mixed only the best of the best while designing this Parisian pied-à-terre.  Opulence is the word that comes to mind when I see the work of this interior designer for his California client.  Silk and chandeliers are just the beginning of the luxuries endowed here.  ENJOY!

CHIC CONTENTS

Melanie Turner designed this Atlanta, Georgia home for herself and husband Stan Benecki, who is a residential builder. Turner wanted the home to look as if it had been there for some time, with French style and elegance. ENJOY!

I hope that you enjoyed this post as much as I!

SULLINGSTEAD ~ SURREY, ENGLAND

While in Birmingham this weekend, I picked up a copy of the British House and Garden.  House and Garden has always been one of my favorite publications, and this issue did not disappoint!

Built in 1897, Sullingstead was one of the first homes designed by Edwin Lutyens in the beautiful town Surrey, England.  Surrey is only a few miles from London, and if you saw the movie The Holiday, you will be familiar with this little town.  I would be embarrassed to tell you how many times I have watched this movie, which happens to be one of my favorites.

The latest owners wanted to restore the home to its natural beauty, hiring Michael Edwards as the architect, and John Minshaw as the interior designer.  What resulted was a luscious home abounding in past and present character.  ENJOY!

I hope that you have enjoyed this tour!
