Developer and owner Bill Chapman renovated this 3,400-square-foot, four-level condo located in the Richmond, Virginia.  The property was once a 1919 paper factory, and houses three condos and a commercial property.  ENJOY!

I love the brick and the views as well. I just really like seeing how differently we all live and am constantly amazed at how out of the box we can get.
