I want to thank you for your kind words. I will miss my mother so much. She enriched so many of our lives in her lifetime, and she lives on in those she touched.
Erika Powell, interior designer and owner of Urban Grace Interiors, designed this beautiful beachside home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The clients didn't want the home to look beachy because they intend to retire here soon.
Powell was fortunate enough to start at the beginning and have input into the architectural drawings. The results are stunning, and through Powell's use of antiques, new pieces, and gray and taupe tones the home is exactly what the clients desired. ENJOY!

Teresa I am sooo sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for you. I will keep you in my prayers. I hope she knew how much joy you give others through your wonderful blog. I hope you will be comforted during this difficult time with the memories you have with your mother. I know this is a hard time for you. Thinking of you and sending you a big hug.
