Interior designer Nina Seirafi and architect Timothy Archanbault renovated and decorated this 1990’s loft, changing it into a comfortable home for a couple and their children. The home, directly across the street from the former World Trade Center, is reflected in the glass of the newly constructed building that is exactly where the buildings were.
The gray floors and walls work beautifully with the Art Nouveau Vienna Secession furnishing and artwork. ENJOY!

great style great post Teresa--love the living room but I couldn't sit on that chair!
Love the modern edge here, especially in the artwork above the bed!
Love the eggplant color with gold and the high ceilings. Fabulous bookcases! Such beautiful wood.
GORGEOUS I love the color scheme in the first room and bits of lavender. Thanks so much for the sweet bday wishes!! xo
Such a handsome library and feminine bedroom! The way it used to always be. Kind of looks like old Hollywood. That kitchen makes me a bit nervous though...it would take me forever to remember what was behind door number 8 or 11.
Great to visit with you Teresa!
