FRENCH ART DECO ON PARK AVENUE

It was love at first sight for me.  The light blue interior and the dark wood and paneling won me over immediately.  Add in the floor to ceiling French-style windows... speechless.

Interior designer David Kleinberg and architect Peter Pennoyer worked in obvious harmony to renovate this 1920s Italian Renaissance-style Park Avenue apartment. The couple wanted a timeless architecture with a modern interior.  Mission accomplished.  ENJOY!

This is the second home I have shown in the past month designed by Peter Pennoyer.  To see more of this over-the-top beautiful home see the April issue of Veranda.

See you soon,
Teresa

I really enjoy all of these, but when I saw the last one, my heart literally stopped! The colors are just stunning and I cannot get over the luxurious feel. What tops it off for me, personally, is the plants -- brings the entire space to life, instantly :)
