When Lee Mindel was asked by Winsome Brown and Claude Arpels to design their Tribect loft in downtown Manhattan, they gave instructions for a child friendly home that was indestructible. Brown, an actress and writer, and Arpels, son of the famous French jeweler Claude Arpels of Van Cleef & Arpels, not only wanted a home that would be perfect for children but a place for entertaining.
The room is filled with furnishing in primary colors and space for the children to play and be expressive. The open floor plan and light filled rooms are the perfect backdrop for the collection of artwork. An industrial kitchen is off of the dining room. ENJOY!
