Ateliers of Europe is one of the most beautiful books I have reviewed, and I truly loved every page. I was indulged in this beauty for many hours, stirring up memories of my time as a graduate student studying Fine Arts. I worked with molds, statues and busts, clay, and sandstone.
Ateliers are beautiful places where artists, students, and accomplished artist work. There are far less spaces than before, and the offices continue to produce the world most sought after objects.
This book covers places that create crystal, ceramics, wrought iron, fabric, bookbinding, mosaic, wood paneling and more. You will see the rooms where this marvelous art begins and finishes.
I have noted all of the places and the countries they are located in at the end of this post. I have also shared some images below. ENJOY!
