When the owners of this penthouse, who co-own Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath Studio decided to live parttime in Vancouver, they knew they would have to downsize from their large home in Morningside. They chose this beautiful penthouse at Luxe at 12th and Piedmont in Atlanta and renovated the floorplan.
Although the couple were designers, they brought in interior designer Bill Stewart to help them with the interior. What resulted was this stunning home. ENJOY!

I love Atlanta, and what a wonderful way to see the city!! Have a great weekend, Teresa ~
I think it would be fun to live in a penthouse, (not with kid), but if I were single or if we didn't have kids. My dogs would hate it. This is just stunning and I love the views. xo
wauw!! So classic and elegant! It's not my style but I still love it :)

Thanks for the comment Teresa.........You know how difficult it is to make face in clay, I wish mine would look more like a face and less like a cartoon of a face, but like I said, I'm so determined!
Thanks again for the encouragement!

Wow this is incredible! So sleek, elegant and sophisticated....love the color palette. The lighting is also amazing.... Very dramatic soaring spaces which I love. Though its way more contemporary than my own taste, I think this was done exceptionally well.....love the kitchen, bath and living room!
LOVE it. Clean and dramatic, exquisite work. Love those illuminated chairs on the roof! How fun!
All I can say is Wow!! The terrace garden is unbelievable. I would like to know who did it. I was looking for chairs and then the next photo had those crazy lit chairs. I'm scrolling back up to see them again. I never say "Wow." That fireplace is fantastic, but I want to sit next to it. The chairs are in the wrong place. Do you think the theme was "fire, water, earth and air?" I will be sending links to my friends. That garden is a stunner. Thank you for your relentless visits and comments to my blog. TFS!
Best,
Liz
