Hi Teresa, I am always dreaming of a Paris apartment! I was just thinking that Architectural Digest is looking so much better these days. Margaret Russel's influence, I bet! Wouldn't you just love to ring in the New Year in one of these beautiful spots? Cheers! Jeanne
Tres Chic! When I went to Paris a few years ago with my mom, we rented an apartment in the 7th. I loved every second of it. I feel like I belong in that city! Someday, I hope to own an apartment there. One can dream, right?
After spending years in the world of finance, I decided to follow my true passion—curating a life where southern elegance meets southern heritage. That led me to create Splendid Sass, a haven for gathering and sharing my love for design, art and cooking, and TG Hatfield Company, where I embroider fine heirloom linens that will garner hospitality for generations. From the exquisite linens that set the table, to the food that is shared with family & friends, to the warm & cozy room that invites guests, join me as I share the things that inspire me and help create a truly elegant life.
"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me". Erma Bombeck

I love this - especially the study with the blues contrasted with the browns. Bonne Nouvelle Année!
It's so hard to decide which I prefer - they are all beautiful!
What is it about Parisian design? It is inimitable! Image #2 is stunning, not my style, but I love it.
Best,
Liz
Living in Paris for a couple years definitely influenced my design.
