Interior designer Robert Couturier designed this home using different textures, patterns and tones of blue, which he uses to separate and add character and motion to the spaces. ENJOY!

That first photo is breathtaking!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that when asked "what's your favorite color?" I always say "BLUE"
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and have a wonderful Sunday!
LOVE his work- what an incredibly versatile designer!!
ReplyDeleteHe is a real artist. I love his spaces, they are always unpredictable.
ReplyDeleteI love the art in his spaces. He always seems to let the art inspire. I'm such an admirer of his work.
ReplyDeleteI especially love the rug in the first photo; he took a traditional color palette and made it new and refreshing. I included some of his work in my blog post about blue and white color palettes. Here's the link http://viningdesign.blogspot.com/2012/01/its-all-about-blue-white.html

Hi Ms. Splendid! (I am back in blog land...!).
ReplyDeleteThe dining room is unique and vibrant. Love the sideboard and the white lamps. And the art piece really makes the room.
Happy Sunday to you my friend.

Oh wow this place is really pretty. It's so light and airy- I don't think I'd ever want to leave! I really like his use of blues throughout the home as well. And those windows in the first photo - so lovely!
