JESSE CARRIER AND MARA MILLER ~ DESIGN IN NEW YORK

Husband and wife interior design team Jesse Carrier and Mara Miller renovated this farmhouse in upstate New York.  A minor renovation and some new fabrics and paint gave this love home a fresh look.  The dining room is my favorite!  ENJOY!

SALLY MARKHAM ~ DESIGN IN SOUTH CAROLINA

Interior designer Sally Markham shared her South African roots with her clients when she designed this Sullivan's Island vacation home, using bursts of color against a neutral palette throughout.  The black mullions, chairs, and door frames add depth to each room.

Markham uses a lot of animal hides in the home, from furnishings to floor coverings, and uses unusual lighting to give the home its warmth and life. ENJOY!

LOFT DESIGN IN TRIBECA

When Lee Mindel was asked by Winsome Brown and Claude Arpels to design their Tribect loft in downtown Manhattan, they gave instructions for a child friendly home that was indestructible. Brown, an actress and writer, and Arpels, son of the famous French jeweler Claude Arpels of Van Cleef & Arpels, not only wanted a home that would be perfect for children but a place for entertaining.

The room is filled with furnishing in primary colors and space for the children to play and be expressive. The open floor plan and light filled rooms are the perfect backdrop for the collection of artwork. An industrial kitchen is off of the dining room.  ENJOY!
