Lots of fit people in Socal and places like this are always packed. Having endocrine issues, nutrition has been upfront one of the best defenses against not so wonderful doctors, high medical bills, SIDE EFFECTS FROM MEDICATION, etc. and ideas on how to cook these things is a huge innovation. Not this month, it's literally a huge innovation of the decade. No seriously, lots of improvement when you cut out chemicals and pull in nutrients. Its' not just about fitness, although the vanity which comes along with better health isn't exactly a bad thing.
