Totally superb Teresa... the way that mirror is hung is indeed perfection. Thank you for my little mention on your sidebar... that has made my day... I am very touched... Happy Sunday... xv
Teresa, I am always a fan of these 2! The black and white wallpaper in the dining room with those green chairs...who would have thought? It pops and it creates a lasting impression.
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!! xoxo Elizabeth
Teresa I love Miles Redd; he is absolutely fabulous designer!!! These spaces are gorgeous, loved this story in the magazine. Have a great rest of your weekend!!!
I'm loving that mirror on the window. Can you imagine the glorious light you would get on your face in the morning? Probably never have to turn on a fixture during the day. Lovely project to share, Teresa.
Simply and elegantly….that is how it's done! Their work is incredible! I love the mirror…my first thought was that I Iove the shutters! They remind me of my husband's grandmother's house which is to me…the epitome of good design! So glad I got to see this right before I go to sleep! I hope I dream wonderful dreams of beautiful designs!
Just saw this as I was scrolling through a few beautiful posts!! You know how much I adore Gil Schafer!! And if you didn't know, the 2nd shot if from the Fairmont San Francisco penthouse that Champalimaud Design renovated.
After spending years in the world of finance, I decided to follow my true passion—curating a life where southern elegance meets southern heritage. That led me to create Splendid Sass, a haven for gathering and sharing my love for design, art and cooking, and TG Hatfield Company, where I embroider fine heirloom linens that will garner hospitality for generations. From the exquisite linens that set the table, to the food that is shared with family & friends, to the warm & cozy room that invites guests, join me as I share the things that inspire me and help create a truly elegant life.

That's one of the prettiest bathrooms I've seen. I love Gil Schafer's work. His website is divine. And so is his country home!
Cheers,

The window shutters above the tub are a great idea. Love how they are split.
