I love chairs and seem to collect more than I need. I just can't resist a great deal, and I am prone to refinish pieces to give them a new life. I hope that you ENJOY this collection of chairs!
I love how updated these look with fresh upholstery and paint. Love the houndstooth, the black patent leather, and the turquoise linen on those chairs.

A splendid collection of chairs..........I was just shopping for a new one last night. A bergere for my vanity, something lovely for when I dry my hair and do my makeup, anything to make those tasks more fun. XO
Teresa, I absolutely share your passion for chairs. Maybe its the size, and artisans can be so much more creative with a chair than a dresser, couch, armoire, etc. Also, chairs are easy to mix and match. Some of the older, less stable chairs I have around the house are topped with silver trays, so they become side tables. Love all of the beauties you showed here, but I think the first one is my favorite. Thank you for your very touching comment today, kindness and good deeds are so important. xo ebh
I love chairs too! Some real beauties here. Do you know #7 is painted? It wasn't you was it? That would be embarrassing...can't recall who did it, but it's amazing! Stacy
*sigh* this beautiful post is not helping my chair obsession at all :) I especially love chairs with a past—I wonder who had the chair, which room it was in... the mind wanders :)
I love how adding a beautiful chair to a space can change the entire room! Hope your week is going well. xo
