Mother's Day Shopping Solved


Angela here. So, if you're like me, the older you get, the faster Mother's Day creeps up on you. Here's you friendly wakeup call that Mother's Day is less than three weeks away. I've searched high and low for high and low gifts to reflect how special our mothers are and to help take the guesswork out of shopping. Whatever your pricepoint, there's something luxurious and thoughtful here. (P.S. I also want everything on this list). Remember, the day is all about celebrating how much we love and cherish our mothers, so don't forget a handwritten note—that's where you can really share how special your mother is to you. Cheers to a beautiful Mother's Day!

I am thrilled to showcase the stunning book, Patina Farm, written by fellow blogger, author of the blog Velvet and Linen,shop owner, and interior designer Brooke Giannetti, and her husband,world renowned architect Steve Giannetti.

I have always admired the work of these two design geniuses.  Their use of antique pieces, plaster, neutral and pastel colors, reclaimed wood, and clean steel and glass is beautiful and refreshing, and I certainly can't leave out the lush gardens, chickens, donkeys, and goats. 

Below are just a few of the 150 pages of images and sketches in the book.  ENJOY!
