I am in love with Ronda Carmen’s new book, The Art of Pantry Cooking, and I plan to wear this book out. I also follow Rhonda on her Facebook, The Cooking Club With Ronda Carmen, which is absolutely fabulous!
In the beginning of the book, Ronda shares the perfect pantry basics page. She also lists many of those basics on the first page. The meals she creates from dried fruits, freeze dried herbs, grains, starches, spices, and so many other staples are almost endless. Some meals offer added meat or vegetables, but so many pantry favorites are prepared from ingredients from the pantry.
