Gorgeous post, Teresa! I especially love antique homespun linens in shades of white, oatmeal and greige colors.....divine. They make wonderful pillow covers. xoxo, Loi
this reminds me that I inherited some antique linens from my grandmother. i have to pull those out of storage!! I don't think I appreciated them in my 20s, but I do now! Stacy
Ahh, these are to die for! I incorporate linen into just about every one of my projects. Especially love it in soft tones as you have displayed here... The embroideries and monograms add an extra special touch also. Thanks, Teresa.
Hi Teresa, Lovely! I love the second photo especially - the monogramed linens on an old ladder. Vintage & antique linens are just so sweet. I need to go pull out some of my linens and enjoy them.
We keep wanting to use our grandmother's linens but are too scared to ruin them... But you've convinced us to live life elegantly, no matter what. Happy weekend, Teresa! xxoo C + C
Beautifully monogramed heavy linens make me go weak in the knees. I've been indulging here in France. I've found quite a few at the market in Nice on Mondays. I'll be writing about it soon. Love your perspective and images, Teresa. xoxo ebb
LOVE IT! There is nothing that comes close to the feeling of a nice quality linen thats slightly cool to the touch....just the best!
