CELERIE KEMBLE ~ DESIGN IN MANHATTAN

Interior designer Celerie Kemble, architect Marina Lanina, contractor Felix Flit, and trained appraiser Jennifer Garland Ross designed this beautiful 5 story townhouse on the Upper East Side.  The group renovated the 19th century townhouse, stripping it down and adding an elevator, air conditioning, and other modern conveniences.  The original brick facade was saved.

The clients, Jane and Michael DeFlorio had plans of their own, working meticulously on drafts and plans for the home.  The couple had measured everything out and had come up with a detailed plan for the renovation of the home.  Since Jane was pregnant with twins at the time, she wanted things to happen as soon as possible.

Kemble and Ross focused on choosing several serious antique pieces and other furnishings.  Kemble worked diligently to decorate the home, using the palette chosen by the DeFlorios. 15 months later, the stunning home was completed. ENJOY!

MICHELLE NUSSBAUMER ~ DESIGN IN DALLAS

Interior designer Michelle Nussbaumer created a grand interior where children and comfort are considered. The furnishings are a play on diverse cultures and periods ranging from the 18th century to the present, with spectacular fabrics and multiple textures and colors, especially blue.

Designing a media room, the children's playroom, and the gardens of this stunning Mediterranean-style home are the next projects for Nussbaumer. ENJOY!

JOHN SALADINO ~ DESIGN IN PALM SPRINGS

If you are a frequent reader of my blog, you know that I admire the stunning, yet laid back work of John Saladino. With the help of staff architect Stephen Wilson and project designer Jacqueline Colliton, Saladino transformed this beautiful home in the Santa Rosa Mountains into a serene player in its lovely surroundings.

Not only did Saladino design the interior of the home, he created lighting that brings the home to life. He also designed the landscape which melds with the mountains.  ENJOY!
