Since water makes up a large percentage (60%) of our bodies, it makes sense to have really good water filtration system. Because I live in a larger city, I was concerned about the water's purity. The numbers proved that it wasn't safe enough for my family, so when I was asked by Brondell to try their water filtration system, I was thrilled. I have a friend who has the same system and loves it, so I was on board.
I have used several of the smaller systems, including the pitchers, but I am more than happy with Brondell's H20+ Water Filtration system, which uses three different filters to clean the water, while leaving the important particles. Because of the quality of the bottled water that I had been purchasing, it was costing me a fortune, not to mention the impact the manufacturing process and disposal has on the environment. The system can be used on the countertop or under-the counter.
I test all water before we drink it. Do not be misled into thinking that all bottled water is safe, because it is not. In fact, some tap water is safer than bottled water.
I toured water plants while studying for my degree in biology, and I will tell you that it isn't pretty to watch the process used to turn sewage into the water you drink, so I spoke with the customer service department to ask questions about the numbers, and they were more than helpful. If you have other questions, you can call them at (888) 542-3355.
You can purchase the countertop and under-the-counter water filtration systems directly from Brondell, Lowe's, Home Depot, or other home improvement stores. You can also purchase the system here.
The installation was so easy and only took me 15 minutes from start to finish.

The 3-stage H2O+ Cypress H630 water filtration system:*
Stage 1: COMPOSITE PLUS FILTER (HF-31):This 2-step filter reduces particulate materials such as sand, rust, and fine particles from the water supply. This first filter also acts as a pre-filter protecting the 2 following filters. Recommended replacement every 6 months.
Stage 2: NANOTRAP FILTER (HF-32): This specialized, patented, innovative Nanotechnology filter is made with 100% USA sourced materials including Nano alumina & cellulose fibers with a pore size of 2 micron (2 µm) that reduce turbidity, harmful waterborne microorganisms (including many bacteria and virus) as well as numerous particulates. Recommended replacement every 12 months.
Stage 3: CARBON BLOCK FILTER (HF-33): As the final stage in the filtration process, the Carbon Block filter further reduces particulates, bad tastes and odors, and water contaminants such as chlorine and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), improving the taste of the dispensed water. Recommended replacement every 6 months.
Brondell water filtration systems are all tested and certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA). Beware of cheap imports and non-certified manufacturer’s filtration claims that have not been tested and approved by an authorized agency for water filtration products.

Looks like a great solution for fresh clean water. Our Seattle tap is pretty good, but we still have a filtration system built into our sink - a plus, it dispenses piping hot and cold water.
Have a lovely Wednesday, Teresa! XO
That looks great, we have well water and my girls hate the taste of it so they always want bottle. I am afraid of the plastic with the bottled water so this could be perfect.'THanks!!
This water is seriously like a tap of Evian!!
When we speak of the quality of our water, it doesn't apply merely to drinking water. The quality of water that you use can impact every activity of daily living. Impure water may cause problems whether you use it for drinking water, for bathing, for laundering your clothing, or for cooking. High amounts of additives or minerals in the water may even be skin irritants.
