CHINOISERIE LOVE

It is no secret that I love chinoiserie and especially blue and white porcelain.  While I use an eclectic mix in my decor, there is a presence of chinoiserie everywhere.

Below are some of my very favorite chinoiserie influenced rooms, old and new. ENJOY!

You know I am fellow fan of all things Chinoiserie. It's whimsical and sophisticated at the same time. Congrats on the baby girl news, too! What is her eta?

Congratulations Teresa!! You must be very excited, if I were you I would have started shopping for babygirl clothes right away haha :) I just rediscovered your blog actually (shame on me I forgot about it) but from now on I'll be a loyal follower (a few years ago I hadn't very much interest for interior design/cooking etc but hey I'm older now and things change :p) So great to see your blog is still up and it's looking great! The header is gorgeous darling :) Lovely post and great inspiration! Congratulations again!!

Teresa, I'm a huge lover of chinoiserie! I tend to use it in many of the homes I design. It is such a classic look that stands the test of time. I especially love the first image with the elephants!
